thank you for praying for me. I so want to get out of here, but God has other plans. The doctors won't really tell me when I get out because I told them I would hold them to it. I am getting better, but not good enough.
It is very lonesome here, but my dad is here still so that helps. I think I would even rather do school than be here! Opps, Mom just told me I do have school here to do.
Also just so you know, my dad and I were the ones who did Mae's profile. We do think she is amazing though! She even set up this blog!!!
Thanks again for all your prayers and comments.
Love,
Tate

You're so lucky...you GET to be with Dad on his birthday!! =P I'm jealous! I am going to debate tonight, so unless Dad comes home before 4pm, I will not get to see him til 11pm tonight! =( So, enjoy him! Cause we all miss him alot! But I miss you too!!! Its so lonely here without my tater-tot. I have something for you, and I think Mom is going to bring it tomorrow, since I didn't get to come down yesterday. It is just about to start raining here...Tate you are amazing too, and thanks for clearing up the doubts about my profile! ; ) We were all practicing music this morning, and there was NO drummer!! =( It wasn't our "band" without you! It was so sad! Anyway, I have been procrastinating on school all day, but I guess I better start doing some. I miss you SO much though, and I can't wait for you to come home! So...GET BETTER SOON!!!
I Love YOU!
From Your Hottie,
~Mae =)

Hi, there, Tate!
Well, this is my 3rd try! I am new to this "blog" thing. It's a new experience for me. That proves that you're never too old to learn something new. Now I am "official" (once I figured out how to become "official!")!!! I am glad to actually read messages directly from you. You have been a real encouragement to me. I've been sitting here for 3 weeks after foot surgery and going nuts!! I hope to return to school next Monday, January 28th. Yesterday, I was having a pity party (the type of party no one wants to come to!!), and your mom came over with a meal for me, and she even did my dishes!! I know God sent her because my pity party went away right away!! It's funny: someone took food over for your family, and your mom shared a small portion of it with me. (The "small" portion is enough for 4 meals for me!!!) She also brought a book over for me to read called "Grace Walk." That book has been a blessing already. I had the first chapter read about an hour after your mom left! I am praying for you - as always. I'm glad that your dad has been there. Is he still there? How was his birthday? By the way, Happy Birthday, Paul!!!
Tate, I have seen a lot of maturity take place in you these past 3 years. Your relationship with the Lord is deep and strong, I'm sure because of what you've been going through. Isn't is wonderful how He's there for you always?!!! Praise God!!
I love you, dear one.
Love, Miss Kiraly
Tate, I'm not gunna lie you're amazing =) I hope you get out of that place soon... And if you ever get so bored you don't know what to do with yourself feel free to shoot me a text or give call me anytime=)
Your sister in Christ,
Hannah Dolan
Hi Tate!
It's Zach, I hope you're getting better, I can't wait until you get out so you can come back to awana and help me with my sections. So you don't feel too bad, we're doing schoolwork here today too. I guess our moms have never heard of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Say "Happy Birthday" to your dad for me.
It's Grant, I hope you get feeling better and can come home soon. I pray for you every day.
Hey Tate, it's Mrs Tracy. You're in all of our prayers, we sure hope you get out of that "Fancy Hotel" soon! I think you'll be ready for another trip to Disneyland after this adventure...Right Paul??? And just in case you were wondering, I have heard of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr...VERY FUNNY Zach!
tate...tate...tate...I am leaving for debate, and I bet you are lonely now that Dad is back with us, but don't worry: Mom is coming tomorrow! You can do it!! =)
Here, I found some online comics for you. I know how you enjoy reading the news paper so much, so here is the "online newspaper" for ya!
Go To: http://news.yahoo.com/comics
there it lists all the comics of the day, so click on some of those names, and LAUGH!! If you find a really funny one, call me and I'll look it up, and we can laugh together! Ok? I love you!!

So far, ur not really missing much going on here in Santa Rosa. pretty much just rain and gloomy weather. have ur pox started drying up?
Hi Tate, this is the Gallagher family (Duff, Barbara, Mick and Kiley) from Cincinnati, Ohio. We heard you were sick and wanted to let you know that you have lots of prayers coming your way from Ohio.
We sure hope you get better soon!! Love, from all of us!
FEEL BETTER!
Hi Tate,
Catie is sending down some of her favorite books for you to read. Your mom said they are ones you have not read so hopefully they'll help you pass the time. :)
We will be praying for you often!!
XOXO
Mrs. Rowlands
actually, my dad forgot to bring them. whoops!
Hey Tatester!
It's Duff checking in with you. Your grandpa sent me your blog over the week-end but failed to send instructions on how they work to this technically challenged "dude". With the help of my family I think I've figured it out.
I just want you to know that we think you're awesome. You never cease to amaze us with your courage and strong faith in God. I'm reminded of a Helen Keller quote when I think of you and your plight. " A happy life consists not in the abscence, but in the mastery of hardships" Tatester, YOU are the MASTER !! Continue to trust in God for the strength you need.
We send you much love, hugs and prayer from Ohio and look forward to seeing your smiling face at the lake this summer.
You are one amazing fella !!
Love, Duff
Tate,
Do you know the address there? Katrina drew you a picture and wants to send it to you in the hospital? We are praying for you.

Hey Tater!
I have been praying for you and hope you will get better soon, you are so brave and that is so encouraging to me. I imagine you must be bored out of your mind, and I hope you will be able to leave soon! I am continually praying for you and remembering that you are in God's hands!
~Lauren Hope
Hi Tate,
I too thought Mae had written her profile & put the picture on there!! I was laughing really hard when I found out you had done it! Josh & I are praying for you. We know that God's timing is perfect in all our lives. :) You are a living testimony for God with all you are going through & yet trusting & waiting on the Lord. Even though it's hard to imagine now, the rewards in Heaven for you will be far greater then the pain (& boredom) you are going through now!! Thanks for encouraging all of us with your faith!
Love,
Christine
PS. The perfectionist in me had to delete the last comment when I found a spelling error! Here it is hopefully with no errors. :)

Hi, there, Tate!!
How are you doing today? Is your mom there with you? I bet you're having school right now! Some things just never go away no matter what your circumstances are! (smile) I'm continuously praying for you, my dear, as always. Get better soon! I've been praying that the Lord will take away those "poxes" (is that a word?) right away!! I'm also praying that the Lord will show you ways to use your time when you are completely alone. He'll wrap you in His loving arms and comfort you when you need it. Sometimes, he provides people (your family) to take care of that for Him, of course.

Hi, there, Tate!!
How are things in your luxury hotel? I just finished praying for you (this hour). I'm praying that the Lord will take those poxes (spelling?) away completely! I'm also praying that the Lord will show you ways of using that time of isolation to honor Him. Praise God that you are in a good place right now!!
Love, Miss Kiraly
Hi Tate,
I just wanted you to know that we have been praying for you throughout each day. I am glad that you have this blog so that we can keep up to date on your progress It is good to see that you have your sense of humor as well. We will be praying that you will soon be able to leave your "luxury hotel".
Love,
Mrs. Bauer
Hey Tate. Just wanted to say hi, and say that i hope you're doing better. I'm getting anxious to see you and hang out because your blog says that you'll get out by the end of January. So anyway, I just wanted to check in and me and my family are still praying for you. Hope you're feeling better and you get out soon! =)

Hi Tate!
This is Alyssa Moreno. I just wanted to let you know that my family and I are all praying for you. We all love you and hope you get well soon. By the way, this is such a great website...you even have your OWN website, Tate! haha. =D You are so special and loved! My verse for the day is Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." How perfect! Love ya, buddy!
Love,
Alyssa

Hey Tate,
I've been thinking about you and praying for you. I want to send you the words to the songs we sang at Bible study today -- they made me think of you. :) I'll figure out the best way to do that soon.
Thank you for being an encouragement and blessing to our family! We sure do love you.
